We do not share your information to third parties and it is not used for anything other than traffic studies (like Google Analytics), payments, shipping, or newsletters. Our newsletters are sent out periodically and we will remove you from the list if you just ask us.

Feedback and Community

We are not responsible for anything you post in a comment or draw on the website and have the right to remove you as a user if we feel you are not being respectful to us or other users of the site. We encourage you to comment and have discussions on the site but keep in mind we need to keep everything PG rated. We are not responsible if you read something offensive on our website but we encourage you to report it to us so we can remove it.

Payment

Payment is submitted through Paypal which is a secured gateway. Issues regarding payment or refunds will be done via Paypal and we will try to help in this process in any way we can. Paypal accepts major credit cards and its own Paypal currency. We do not accept cash or checks via mail unless you contact us first so that we can wait until payment is through.

Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any or all our items due to errors in communication, disagreements in colors, sizing, or style, or other petty reasons. We make every attempt to get the details on a custom order and it is up to the customer to provide the proper information so we can make the item exactly how they want it. We will absolutely refund if we mess up an order as long as the incorrect item is either paid for or shipped back to us. We make every attempt to be polite and expeditious in purchases and refunds and we expect the same from our customers.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may cost more than listed items due to complexity, size, color, or type of yarn. We always suggest discussing any custom orders with us before paying just so we are on the same page.

Copyrighted Items

We list many handmade items that are based on copyrighted material. We want to make it clear that we are NOT selling these items but are using them as a display of what custom items we have made in the past. We are not licensed to distribute copyrighted or trademarked characters or other items and have no intention to do so. We simply offer a custom handmade service in which we will make any item that a customer asks for.
