Custom orders will require us to contact you personally via email so it is of the utmost importance that you check that your email has been typed correctly. Custom orders will take longer because the item will have to be made specially and in some cases this may bring the price up slightly. We will not honor color disputes if you order the wrong color or you don’t provide the color you want and get a different shade of the same color. We do not begin working on custom orders until they have been paid for and we have discussed the details. Please make sure your address is correct when submitting your payment!
